Le sigh.

Isn't class gatherings supposed to be a day where everyone can sit together and bond, and just chat about what they are doing currently; in other words, supposingly to have FUN?

I was the one who suggested we all should meet up since it's been 2 years since we met. Anything, anywhere will do for me, even if it means having lunch/dinner at compass point. Ok then C decided to email all the high school girls we knew and organize a get-together.

Emails were forwarded/cc-ed to each other, to let each other know what restaurant we would be fine with. No approximate meeting time was stated in the email, and all I got was a sms from K. Ok K told me to reach the restaurant @ 6pm, and I reached town early and decided to call C to find out their whereabouts, only knowing they are at COFFEE CLUB. Ok quite frankly I was rather appalled hearing that since I thought we were supposed to dine at the place we decided on. If they intended to eat something light before meeting us, I would have felt perfectly all right with that. Thing is they were having like MAIN COURSES meaning they do not intend to eat at the actual place we wanted, and i was wondering so " Are we gonna be stared at like some freaks in the circus while we eat" ?? Ok NVM, I thought to myself, if they just get a drink and take the initiative to chat and have a good time, it's will be fine, still tolerable. But what? They said they will be late and only come and meet us after they are done without letting us know the time they will reach. 3 of us waited for one and a half hour till they came, and the awkwardness started to fill the place. I felt a dozens of eyes staring at us, and no one wanted to sit down. I could probably cut the tension with a knife at that point. No one wanted to start a conversation, and I guess me n K had to start breaking the ice and just chat about any random topic, and I did, sounding rather awkward and asking about school( which completely made me sound like a geek) but then again I am rather geeky I admit.

Most of the time I had to start asking completely random questions to ease the awakwardness. It was a christmas gathering and just about 30-40mins of chatting ( or should i even consider that as chatting) most of u all left. All of us set aside time for a proper get-together and within one hour u all had to leave. Quite frankly I don't know what happened and felt really dissappointed in you guys.

It's time to grow up you guys. You guys are already 2o this year. I may sound like a complete bitch saying this, but hey in reality if you don't change this attitude and become more mature, no one will want to hire you.
